Did you know we were meant to live whole free and grounded in our true selves. Did you know that Every relationship in our lives depend on it. Our Families, Friends, our significant others our coworkers our community everything depends on how well we are doing as an individual. Let's write this next chapter of your life as #Epic This #YummyRelationships Group Coaching Workshop is a great start. We will meet once a week on zoom in a group of no more than 6. We will have a focus each week of creating whole healthy relationships in our life ... starting with our relationship with ourselves. Topics can include- Conflict Communication skills, How to get past blocks, Passion and Purpose Activation, Healing our Trauma, Working on shadow energies that seek to block our progress. We are truly more alike than different and each week we will learn and connect with others who are seeking to thrive in their relationships as well especially with our relationships with ourselves.
